Matthew Francke is a director of Francke Lawyers. He commenced practice in 2002, and had been a partner at several highly regarded Melbourne CBD law firms before founding Francke Lawyers.

Matthew favours a down to earth, commercial approach.

Matthew acts for a wide range of clients including individuals, corporations, and statutory bodies. He will accept referrals or agency matters from other law firms.

Matthew’s core practice is land and building disputes and for over two decades he has enjoyed advising and acting for clients in Court and Tribunal matters involving many difficult concepts and factual backgrounds.

Matthew is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV), Australian Institute of Administrative Lawyers (AIAL) and the Society of Construction Law Australia (SoCLA).
